I want to take this moment to share with you something that I am pretty sure you hear on a regular basis. I need you to not only read this, but take it to heart. What you are doing is truly unique and you have a gift from God in that area that very few have. Actually none that I have run across. I have interacted with several car salesman/dealerships over my days and none, by far compete with your style, compassion and integrity. I was truly kicking myself in the back side all the way up there just knowing that I was about to have my wife and Twin babies go through a revolting situation just to make an effort to get a vehicle that would match our lifestyle. Sorry for the bland analogy but it was all that came to mind.

I am writing this letter to thank you and Blake Schneider, my sales consultant, for the easiest and most enjoyable auto purchase I have ever experienced. Recently it was necessary for me to purchase a new (used) vehicle. I was very definite about what I was looking for and the maximum dollar I could spend on this vehicle.
I began my search on line and running Carfax reports on the potential cars I found of interest. I then traveled to the various dealerships only to find the vehicle was "just sold" or just a $1,000 above my price range. My wife and I were in need of lowering one current car payment and our other car was on it's last leg. We had no idea how we were going to take care of this tremendous need. I talked to Gary Charlton at Charlton Motors and told him what we were wanting and looking for and he gave us several options for vehicle purchases. What was unique about this experience was that he allowed us to go to a wholesale website to look at vehicles from which to choose, which is much like Ebay. The other great feature was that we did not have to ask about price because the price was already posted with the complete description of each vehicle. After both purchases were made, it ended up that we are now paying less for BOTH vehicles than for the one payment we were making before we purchased the two vehicles from Gary.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Gary in the past year and the experience was one of the best I have ever had in purchasing vehicles. Gary walked me through the complex steps of buying a car for my daughter and her husband who lived out of state and everything went so well and they are so pleased with the car and the value we were able to get from Gary. I personally would like to inform anyone that's considering purchasing a vehicle to buy from Charlton Motors (Gary Charlton). I started with the intention of purchasing a minivan for in-laws that live in New York City but because of the 1) great personal service, 2) quality of the vehicles and 3) the best price in town, I not only purchased a van for my in-laws, but I also purchased a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country van for my family.
On top of the great service, price and quality of the vehicles, I was offered the option to have Charlton Motors sell my old minivan. I have purchased approximately 10 cars in my life and hands down this was my best experience.

My husband was surfing the internet looking for a Toyota truck for our son one day when he found one at Charlton Motors in the Dallas area. He put a bid on the truck and of course we WON. My husband sent me and our son the pictures of the Toyota and they were from all angles, inside and out. The truck looked great.
Lucky for us we had friends that were working in the Lewisville area and they went by to look at the Toyota and Mr. Charlton and his staff were very friendly and accommodating to our friends. They called us and gave us a thumbs up. As we live two and a half hours from the dealership Gary Charlton was very nice and willing to make the purchase of the Toyota as easy as possible.
Most of our contact was by email and overnight mail. I appreciated him and his cooperation in the process of buying the truck. Like I said earlier, due to the distance it was much easier to do things via overnight mail and email. We got everything signed and returned with no problems and were able to have our friends go pick up the truck from the dealership and bring it to us in Rusk, Texas. Once we saw the truck we were very pleased with the purchase and our son LOVED IT.
I have never bought a vehicle in this manner before, but if I need to do so in the future I hope they are as helpful and easy to work with as Gary Charlton at Charlton Motors. Our buying experience via internet was very good. I recommend everyone go to Charlton Motors for fast, friendly service.

I was just about to spend 29K on a 2007 Murano in Tulsa, Ok. I just happened to Google the model I was interested in and came upon Gary Charlton Motors. Gary had a pearl white 2005 Murano (only 34k miles) in pristine condition that was still under factory warranty with leather interior and loaded to hilt.
